Settlement of Bad Faith Insurance Lawsuit

The firm successfully settled a claim of bad faith and breach of contract against an insurance company and its agents in a federal case in which the insurer filed a declaratory judgment action seeking a court order denying coverage to the client. The client, a local contractor, had the underlying state court case dismissed in conjunction with the dismissal of the federal action as part of the settlement.
