Representation in Automobile Guest Statute Case

The firm represents a minor passenger in a motor vehicle involved in an automobile accident. The lawsuit alleges that the driver of the vehicle was traveling at an excessive rate of speed on a two-lane county road with two other passengers unrestrained in the bed of a pickup truck. The firm has alleged that the driver of the vehicle was reckless, causing the client substantial physical and emotional injuries. This case will involve the Alabama Guest Statute.
